If your order has not been dispatched by our warehouse and it is during business hours, we can assist you in changing or canceling your order.
Please reach out to us via email at hello@themanda.io. However, if our warehouse has already packed and prepared your shipment, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to modify or cancel your order. In such cases, once you receive your order, you can initiate a return by following our standard return process.

Absolutely! You have the option to apply your gift card or discount code on the checkout page.
Please note that you can use only one discount code per order. However, if you possess two distinct gift cards, you can apply both of them to one order.
Warranty & Repair

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If your bag is found to have any manufacturing issues during the warranty period of 1 year, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Exclusions:
Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damages caused by improper care, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Pre-orders

Implementing a pre-order system helps us accurately gauge demand and avoid overproducing.

You can find the estimated arrival date on the product page, during checkout, and in your order confirmation. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, we will promptly ship your order. Rest assured, you'll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way to you.

You will be charged the total value when the order is placed.

Your order will be shipped in multiple shipments. Any in-stock items will be sent out immediately, while pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. This way, you can enjoy your in-stock items without any delay, and your pre-order items will follow as soon as they're ready for dispatch.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched. Once the pre-order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
