We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at hello@themanda.io if you want to return your product.

- The bag should be free of visible marks, scratches, or stains.
- Handle the bag with care and avoid placing it on rough or abrasive surfaces to prevent damage.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories when returning the item.
- Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the bag.
- Ensure that the bag being returned matches the one specified in your return request.
- Please note that any returns that fail to meet our return policy requirements will not be accepted, and no refund will be awarded.

Refunds for approved transactions will be credited back to the original payment card or account used for the purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. The duration can vary significantly depending on the policies of the card issuer, and unfortunately, we have no control over this process.

Please include a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, along with your order number. Rest assured, we will be more than happy to resolve the issue for you!
